The Multiwoman Growth Academy exists because inspiration without execution is just entertainment. This is not another programme that fills your head and leaves your life the same.
This is a 90-day experience that teaches you, walks you through doing, and celebrates what you build. You will leave Month 3 not with notes in a folder, but with something you have actually executed.
WHAT IS
The Multiwoman Growth Academy is a 3-month, cohort-based transformation and results programme for ambitious women between the ages of 18 and 40 who are ready to grow intentionally; in their identity, careers, finances, businesses, and relationships.
Two months of deep, expert-led training. One month of guided, supported execution. And a community of women who refuse to let you give up.

ROOTS
(Know Who You Are)
Before you can grow, you must know who you are and what has been holding you back. This month is about identity, emotional wellbeing, relationships, boundaries, and building the inner foundation that everything else is built on.
MONTH 2
RISE
(Grow Into Your Potential)
This month equips you with the tools and skills to advance in your career, your finances, your business, and your leadership. Expert-led sessions on wealth building, career strategy, financial literacy, and personal branding.
MONTH 3
UNLEASH
(Now Go Do It)
This is what sets us apart. In Month 3, you take one clear goal from your two months of training and you execute it with accountability calls, pod support, group coaching, and a mid-month check-in. The month ends with your UNLEASH Showcase, where every woman presents what she built, and a graduation ceremony welcoming you into the Multiwoman Alumni Network.

No. The academy is open to all women between 18 and 40 who are ready to grow and execute.
All teaching sessions are recorded and available for replay within 24 hours.
You will define one clear goal at the start of Month 3. Your pod, your pod leader, and our facilitation team will hold you accountable through weekly check-ins and group coaching calls. The month ends with your UNLEASH Showcase where you present what you executed and your graduation ceremony.
